  • 7 to 13 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total booking value.
  • Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund will be issued, as we have already secured non-refundable commitments with our vendors (hotels, transportation, etc.).
  • You are entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your balance to a future trip and receive an additional discount as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the request is approved.
  • Payments will be refunded using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
